In compliance with the Google Play Console Developer Policy on Data Deletion and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, all registered users of the Digital KPM app can submit a request below to permanently erase their account, authentication credentials, and all submitted listings.

Data Erased Permanently Within 30 Days

1. Credentials & Profile

Registered mobile phone number, 4-digit MPIN credentials, and profile name are permanently deleted from Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

2. Shops & Catalog Statuses

All registered shops, food stall listings, catalog items, and active duty statuses associated with your account are immediately unlisted and wiped.

3. Student Marketplace & PGs

All campus marketplace items, second-hand books, drafter listings, and student PG rental room postings are permanently deleted.

All associated records are permanently erased within 30 calendar days of receiving your verified request.
